All projects are worked on a time and expense basis using the following fee schedule:
Standard Hourly Rate: $290/hour
Deposition and Trial Testimony: $365/hour (min. 4 hours)
Administrative Fee: $125
Mileage: Standard IRS Rate (2026 – $0.725/mi)
All Other Expenses: At Cost
A budget can be developed in advance of any project to meet the scope of work and needs of the client.
